Kanebo recently launched some new skincare products, starting with the Kanebo Wrapping Body Polisher. It’s a full body scrubbing cream that cleanses, moisturizes, and exfoliates.
It contains 3 types of dissolving scrubs (microbeads) that removes roughness, dryness, discoloration, and dead skin cells. The cream turns into oil to facilitate all of this. Nourishing oil makes up half of the formula so it’s gentle enough for daily use.
I can feel the microbeads when I massage the polisher on my skin. I’ve actually used it in the shower and it’s really, really good! I love how it makes my skin feel afterwards.
See how bright, moisturized, and even-toned my hand is after rinsing it off? You can check the first hand photo and see how dry and dull my hand is. This product can also be used on dry and rough areas like the elbows, knees, and heels.
This is the Kanebo Comfort Stretchy Wash II (₱3,000). I actually tried version 1 and this is more hydrating. This face wash cleans well and is actually recommended for normal to oily skin. My daughter said that while using this face wash, she never once had a breakout. A little goes a long way so one tube lasts a long time. What you see on my hand above is actually too much and half of that amount is enough to cleanse your face thoroughly.
It’s an excellent product, but since I have combination dry skin, I prefer more moisturizing cleansers. I do use this when I want to really clean my face though. It’s available on the official Kanebo store on Lazada and it’s on sale now for ₱1,875.
Apart from Lazada, Kanebo products are available at Zalora, Rustan’s, and the Kanebo Flagship Store in Mitsukoshi. Truth be told, Kanebo skincare products work better on my skin compared to Shiseido.
