Quezon Buffet Restaurant in Fisher Mall

Last Friday, we treated our Estonian family (my brother-in-law and his mom to be exact) to dinner at Quezon Buffet in Fisher Mall. Initially we wanted to take them to our favorite Filipino buffet, Chef Laudico’s Guevarra’s, but it was fully booked. Anyhow Quezon Buffet is owned by the same group behind Guevarra’s, the difference being the chef in charge at Quezon Buffet is Chef Kalel Chan. Buffet rates are the same so we decided to give it a try.

Quezon Buffet RestaurantQuezon Buffet is located on the 2nd floor of Fisher Mall. The place is a lot bigger than Guevarra’s.

quezon_buffet2The buffet setup is similar to Guevarra’s. There’s a grilled food station, salad station, drinks station, dessert station, and well over a dozen different Filipino dishes.

quezon_buffet3Since there are way too many dishes, I’ll just feature my faves like this yummy crunchy Bagnet. They have equally delicious Cebu Lechon Belly too.

quezon_buffet4I like Pinakbet although I only eat the squash and the beans.

quezon_buffet5Quezon Buffet has surprisingly decent Paella Valenciana. My daughter and I quite enjoyed it.

quezon_buffet6Their Gambas are really good too. The platter is always empty lol.

quezon_buffet7I prefer Kare-Kare but since the Kare-Kare wasn’t too photogenic I snapped a pic of the Pork Binagoongan instead.

quezon_buffet8Another dish I really loved was the Crispy Pancit Palabok. You get sauce from a separate container so you control how saucy it is.

Although I don’t have pics there was also 2-3 kinds of Sisig, Bulalo Steak, Okoy, Quezon Express with Mixed Seafood (their take on Bicol Express), Lechon Pizza, Sinigang, and lots of other savory dishes.

quezon_buffet9You can make your own Halo-Halo at the dessert station.

quezon_buffet10They also have native sweet delicacies like Sapin-Sapin, Maja Blanca, Brazo De Mercedes, Ube Panna Cotta, etc.

quezon_buffet11Salted Egg Buchi is another unique dessert offering.

quezon_buffet12The drink station has different kinds of sodas and iced teas. I mostly stuck to the sugar-free Apple Green Tea.

quezon_buffet13Everyone was pretty happy with the Quezon Buffet spread! I highly recommend this place if you’re entertaining foreign guests or balikbayans. Like Guevarra’s, this restaurant does a good job of compiling all the Pinoy faves under one roof. We also appreciated how bright and spacious it was. Reservations are recommended.

Quezon Buffet rates are as follows:

  • Weekday Lunch (M-F) – P468
  • Weekday Dinner (M-F) – P468
  • Friday Dinner, Weekends, and Holidays – P568
