Human Nature Made To Bloom Lipstick Review

Human Nature, the Philippines’ first PETA-certified cruelty-free brand, launched the newest addition to their makeup line last week… the Human Nature Made to Bloom Lipstick Collection. The collection features five (5) natural MLBB (My Lips But Better) shades that leave a smooth and matte finish.

Human Nature Made To Bloom LipstickThe Human Nature Made to Bloom Lipstick line draws inspiration from God’s masterpiece — YOU. It traces its roots in the Bible verse Psalms 139:14 “I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well.”

Human Nature Made To Bloom LipstickThe first and last time I tried Human Nature makeup products was back in 2011, when they first came out with a mineral makeup line. I wasn’t too impressed with their lipsticks back then which I found hard to apply. Several years have passed and I’m expecting a lot of improvement. Human Nature Made to Bloom Lipsticks are formulated with cocoa butter and passionfruit seed oil. It’s 100% natural and there are no harmful chemicals.

Human Nature Made To Bloom LipstickThese are swatches of the five (5) shades: Wisdom (Light Tan), Grace (Nude Pink), Strength (Chestnut Brown), Joy (Rosy Nude), and Warmth (Brick Red). My top picks are Grace and Joy.

Human Nature Made To Bloom LipstickThis is Joy when worn on the lips. It’s definitely my favorite among the five. I love how smooth and natural it looks. Truly my lips but better! This photo was taken under natural light. Honestly, I’m surprised at how awesome this lipstick is.

Human Nature Made To Bloom LipstickThis is how it looks indoors. I really like it! It’s like I’m not wearing lipstick.

What I like about Human Nature Made to Bloom Lipsticks:

  • I love how they look and feel on the lips. The smooth, matte finish is awesome!
  • Application is super easy. These lipsticks glide on like a dream, definitely a far cry from the Human Nature lipsticks I tried back in 2011.
  • All the shades are nice and wearable.
  • They’re free from harmful chemicals.
  • They’re cruelty-free and environmentally friendly.
  • This is probably the best local lipstick I’ve tried so far.

Downside? Honestly I don’t think there’s any. Human Nature Made to Bloom Lipsticks retail for P495 each, which is reasonable considering everything that it is. You can purchase them online or find a retail outlet near you at https://humanheartnature.com/.
