I’ve had this full-sized bottle of Benefit Hello Flawless Oxygen Wow Foundation (P1,900) for some time now but it’s only recently that I got around to trying it.
Benefit Hello Flawless Oxygen Wow Brightening Makeup is an oil-free brightening liquid foundation with SPF 25. I got it in the shade called Petal.
I love the matte pump bottle.
The pump dispenser ensures that you get only the amount of product you need so there’s no wastage.
On my hand, the shade Petal seems… I don’t know… mismatched?

Fortunately it appeared okay when I applied and blended it onto my face. I was having some sort of allergic reaction to something I ate that day so my face was itchy and I had some rashes (not too obvious at the before pic). It was what made me decide to try Benefit Hello Flawless Oxygen Wow Foundation that day — I needed the coverage that BBs and CCs normally can’t provide. First thing I noticed was Benefit Stay Flawless Oxygen Wow Foundation has a dewy, natural-looking finish.
I attended the Burt’s Bees event that day. Okay, I was facing the window in this group photo so everything from my face to my neck looks white lol.
This is how it looks like before leaving the house and after getting back home, at least 6 hours had elapsed.
What I like about Benefit Hello Flawless Oxygen Wow Foundation:
- It provides full coverage and really does make you look flawless. I had some reddish areas and light rashes on my face that day and this foundation evened it all out. It also didn’t aggravate my skin irritations.
- There are several different shades available from light to dark.
- My face looked pretty much the same 6 hours after with no blotting.
- Skin feels nice and natural — you don’t feel like you have a mask on unlike other full coverage foundation products.
- It has SPF 25 PA+++ so I don’t need a separate sunscreen.
Downside? I think Ivory is my shade and not Petal, lol… but that’s not the product’s fault. This is pretty pricey at P1,900 but it will last a long time because a little product goes a long way. I got the Benefit Stay Flawless Primer a couple of weeks ago and I’ll try using it with this foundation soon.
