Homegrown fragrance brand Zen Zest is 15? Wow! I didn’t think they’ve been around that long, considering I first encountered the brand some 8 years ago.
So anyway I received this fab invite to join Zen Zest’s 15th anniversary celebration at Le Petit Souffle.
What do you know, it was a shopping event! What better way to get acquainted with the brands’ many products.
I think every conceivable Zen Zest product was on display at Le Petit Souffle that day. We were asked to choose anywhere from 2-4 products per category.
I’m extremely picky when it comes to fragrances and I’m not exactly all that fond of using perfume. I went around all the stations to check out Zen Zest’s offerings.
I got 2 bottles of Zen Zest Magenta Eau De Toilette (P230). I took a whiff of everything there and this was the scent I loved. It smells so fresh, like I just took a bath. Totally my kind of scent. I was told me Magenta is one of their bestsellers and I’m not surprised.
They told me I could pick any 4 Zen ZestAromatherapy products. I went for 3 bottles of Zen Zest Energize Grapefruit and Ginger Linen Spray (P250)… I wanted the Room Spray but they ran out. For my 4th product, I got the matching Roll-On (P120). The roll-on isn’t a deodorant, it’s like aromatherapy oil in a small bottle with a rolling tip. You can use it anytime you need an energy boost… or maybe just to clear your head. Of all the Aromatherapy scents I liked the spicy citrusy combination of Grapefruit and Ginger.
For the next product category, we were asked to pick from hand soap, body scrub, body wash, and body spray. I got Zen Zest Cotton Flower Hand Soap (P100) and Zen Zest Cotton Flower Body Scrub (P150). These products actually remind me of the offerings at Bath and Body Works in the US.
For my last two products, I got Zen Zest Anti-Mosquito Room Fragrance (P300) and Zen Zest Cabinet Deodorizer (P300). Both have a citrus based scent, which is what I prefer. Rainy days are here again and I’m expecting a dengue outbreak once again so I need to stock up on mosquito repelling products like this one.
Zen Zest’s products are surprisingly affordable. Everything on display that day was at the P100 to P300 range. They also have nicely packaged gift sets that won’t break the bank.
