One of the most popular questions asked when Xiaomi phones are the topic is, “Do they have a service center?”. The answer is a big resounding YES. In fact there are currently 8 service centers, 4 within Metro Manila and 4 provincial ones. You can check the list HERE. If the locations are not convenient for you, there are over 50 drop-off points you can go to.
I was among the first to buy a Xiaomi Mi3 when it first launched in the Philippines. I’m so happy that the Mi Exclusive Service Center is located in Greenhills — near my workplace! Anyhow, I was invited for a tour before it opened to the public. This is the reception area.
Because the Mi Exclusive Center offers 2-hour quick repair service for units with warranty, there’s a small waiting room where you will be accompanied by over a dozen Mi Bunnies!
At the service center, there are some demo units you can play around with — Redmi 1s, Mi Pad, and Mi3. I’m can’t wait for the Mi Pad to be released here in the Philippines!
They have ready stocks of spare parts so they can fix most problems in a jiffy. They can even replace phones that have irreparable problems.
The Mi Exclusive Service Center is open from 10am to 7pm Mondays to Saturdays except Public Holidays.
